Every client receives a full structural evaluation, a personalized training program, a nutrition plan calculated to their specific body and goals, and direct access to their coaching team throughout the 12 weeks. Your program is reviewed and updated every 3 weeks across four progressive phases. Progress is tracked across 50+ metrics so you always have data confirming your results, not just how you feel after a session.

That means showing up to every session, following your nutrition protocol, and applying the lifestyle recommendations your coaches give you. This is not a casual program.
