BEHIND YOUR
RESULTS
Four specialists. One integrated team. Each bringing deep expertise to a different pillar of the Dynamis system.
Simon founded Dynamis on a single belief: that the gap between where most people are and where they want to be is not a lack of effort — it's a lack of the right system. With over 15 years in the fitness industry and more than a decade of dedicated coaching, he has built a methodology that goes far beyond conventional personal training.
His foundation spans advanced study in biomechanics, strength programming, and functional nutrition, shaped by mentorship from some of the world's leading coaches and a relentless commitment to evidence-based practice. He treats every client as a unique physiological problem to solve — analyzing movement mechanics, identifying weaknesses and imbalances, and engineering a plan built entirely around your body.
Where most coaches adjust effort, Simon adjusts the system. He meticulously tracks strength metrics, reviews performance data at every phase, and leaves nothing to guesswork. Progress at Dynamis isn't hoped for. It's engineered.
"When the system is built right, results stop being a goal. They become a guarantee."
Lina's path into functional nutrition was not academic — it was personal. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, she found herself navigating the reality of managing an autoimmune condition while keeping up with the demands of everyday life as a mother, partner, and professional. The standard advice wasn't enough. Tracking macros and staying active didn't move the needle the way she needed it to.
That gap drove her to go deeper. She pursued certifications in functional nutrition and naturotherapy and invested years into understanding how the body's systems — hormonal, digestive, metabolic, neurological — interact with one another and with the lifestyle choices we make every day. What she found changed everything.
At Dynamis, Lina brings that same whole-body lens to every client she works with. Her approach goes beyond nutrition plans. She looks at sleep, stress, hormonal patterns, digestive health, and lifestyle context alongside training and food — because optimizing health means understanding the full picture, not just the parts that are easy to measure. She knows firsthand what it means to feel like your body is working against you. That understanding shapes how she coaches.
Félix didn't find fitness through a program — he found it through necessity. At 16, he turned to bodybuilding not for aesthetics, but for confidence. What started as a personal tool quickly became a calling. He saw firsthand how training reshapes not just the body, but the way a person carries themselves through the world. That realization never left him.
Today, Félix brings a performance-first philosophy to every client he works with. Specializing in hypertrophy programming, body composition, and recovery optimization, he has built a reputation for sessions that are simultaneously demanding and educational. You don't just get stronger training with Félix, you understand why every decision is made.
What clients consistently discover is that their ceiling is higher than they thought. Félix makes it his mission to find that ceiling and push through it. Not by adjusting the plan when things get hard, but by adjusting the client's belief in what they're capable of.
"Every rep has a purpose. Every phase has a direction. My job is to make sure you never leave a session without knowing exactly why you're getting better."
Jeremy understands what it feels like to be let down by the system meant to help you. After dealing with the compounding effects of concussions and a serious back injury, he found himself navigating a path that conventional medicine couldn't fully address. Rather than accepting limitations, he went deeper — earning his BSc in Kinesiology and Clinical Exercise Physiology and his MSc in Health and Exercise Science from Concordia University, graduating with distinction and a 4.0 GPA.
His graduate research focused on neurophysiological recovery, brain function, and the science of how the body heals after injury. That background gives Jeremy a perspective most coaches simply don't have — understanding the relationship between the nervous system, movement quality, and long-term performance at a level that goes well beyond the gym floor.
Jeremy is meticulous about technique and movement patterns, catching compensations and inefficiencies that others miss and correcting them before they become the ceiling on your progress or the source of your next injury. His presence in a session is quiet but precise. Attentive, thorough, and deeply invested in understanding how your body actually moves before asking it to perform.
"Most injuries don't come from bad luck. They come from patterns nobody caught early enough. I catch them."
We're always looking for exceptional coaches who share our commitment to results. If you think you belong here, we want to hear from you.
