No. Fat loss ultimately comes down to energy balance. You don't need to cut out whole food groups to achieve a great transformation. Many of our clients benefit from a lower-carb approach initially, but we work with your preferences and lifestyle to build a plan you can actually stick to. The best diet is one you can maintain consistently.
How long before I see results?

Most Dynamis clients begin to notice visible changes within the first 3 to 4 weeks. Significant transformation results are typically visible at the 12-week mark. We track progress across 50+ metrics, so you will have data confirming your progress well before you see it in the mirror. In over a decade of coaching, every client who followed the system completely, across every session, every protocol, and every recommendation, has seen measurable progress. If at any point you are following the system completely and not progressing, we will reassess and adjust your program until we find what works.

Why do you prioritize strength training over cardio for fat loss?

Cardio burns calories but doesn't build the lean muscle that keeps your metabolism elevated long-term. Resistance training preserves and builds lean muscle during a calorie deficit, which improves your body composition, maintains your metabolic rate, and produces lasting results that cardio alone cannot. Most Dynamis fat loss clients do minimal or no formal cardio, just structured strength training and increased daily activity.
