How is this different from generic online coaching?
+
Most online programs are generic plans with minimal coach interaction. Dynamis remote coaching is the same structured system as our in-person program: custom programming built for your body, 4 progressive phases, weekly check-ins, and ongoing adjustments based on your performance. You are not buying a PDF. You are getting real coaching.
What's included in the hybrid format?
+
Hybrid adds in-person sessions on top of everything included in your online package — one session at the start of each new 3-week phase. On the Performance tier, each session is 90 minutes with your coach to walk through your upcoming phase in full — every exercise, tempo, and intensity target covered before you train remotely. On the Transformation tier, sessions extend to 2 hours to include the same phase review plus an in-person 6-site body composition assessment using skinfold calipers, so your nutrition coaching stays precise and grounded in real, measurable data.
Do I need to be in Montreal?
+
No. Fully remote coaching works for anyone, anywhere. Hybrid requires access to Montreal for quarterly in-person sessions and works well for people who visit periodically or who travel and are based in Montreal.
How do weekly check-ins work?
+
Weekly check-ins are included in all online packages. You submit your training logs, nutrition data, and progress updates through the app. Your coach reviews everything, provides feedback, makes adjustments, and answers any questions. Structured accountability every single week.
Can I upgrade to in-person later?
+
Yes. If you start remote and later want to transition to hybrid or full in-person training, we can adjust your program accordingly. Contact us to discuss options.
Is remote coaching appropriate for beginners?
+
Remote coaching is designed for self-sufficient clients with at least 2 years of consistent training experience. If you are newer to training, our in-person program will serve you significantly better — and here is why. Every program, no matter how well designed, is only as effective as the quality of its execution. Movement patterns, technique, tempo, and body awareness are skills that take time and hands-on guidance to develop properly. When those foundations are not in place, even the most structured program produces limited results — because the stimulus the exercise is designed to create depends entirely on how well it is performed. Poor mechanics also increase injury risk, which compounds over time and derails progress altogether. In-person coaching early on means a coach is present every session to correct form in real time, build your movement library, and make sure your body is actually responding to the training the way it should. Once those skills are developed and you can execute independently with confidence, remote coaching becomes a highly effective format. If you are unsure where you stand, reach out and we will point you in the right direction.
